Mellan den 1 januari 1916 och den 31 december 1961 var Norra Kyrketorp annexförsamling i Skövde, Öm, Ryd, Hagelberg, Norra Kyrketorp och Våmb församlingars pastorat. Norra Kyrketorp är sedan den 1 januari 1962 moderförsamling i Norra Kyrketorp, Hagelberg, Sjogerstad, Rådene och Häggum församlingars pastorat.
