| Information | Vartofta-Åsaka är sedan den 1 maj 1927 annexförsamling i Yllestad, Näs, Vistorp, Vartofta-Åsaka och Kälvene församlingars pastorat. Till och med den 30 april 1927 var Vartofta-Åsaka moderförsamling i Vartofta-Åsaka och Kälvene församlingars pastorat. Byn Öja tillhörde t o m den 31 december 1889 Älvsborgs län. Från den 1 januari 1890 överfördes Öja, så att hela församlingen sedan dess tillhör Skaraborgs län. Det officiella namnet är sedan den 17 april 1885 Vartofta-Åsaka. Tidigare hette församlingen Åsaka (i Vartofta härad). Stift: Skara Härad: Vartofta (Slättängs tingslag), del (Öja) i Redväg t o m 1890 |
